refunds/returns policy ; 

all goods are despatched directly from our supplier, if you make a purchase from Naughty-Little-Secret we love and you believe your item is faulty or damaged please contact customer services via our chat where we can either help you source a refund or replacement.  Please note additional information may be required upon request to prove validity of your claim this is normal procedure and is apart of our store policy to protect you and us from fraudulent claims

goods will only be accepted as a return for refund if it is returned in its original packaging once item is received and inspected by our fulfilment team then a refund/replacement will be issued
